It's time for blog giveaway!

I've been wanting to do it for so long but I've been too busy so I haven't got time to think about how I will do it :-)

The other day I made this cute clip for a lady in a board I am in and I thought it'll make a nice blog giveaway, too. If you win you can choose either the clip itself or the instructions on how to make this ribbon hibiscus flower.

And a giveaway on a monthly basis would be nice wouldn't it?
Here is how we'll do it.
Every month the 18th I'll post the winner and a new giveaway for the next month.
What you need to do is just visiting my blog and give a comment (1 entry).
If you want more chance of winning you can however do the following:
*follow my blog (2 entries)
*visit my blog, then click on the link to visit my etsy, then come back and leave a comment to let me know (2 entries)
*Put a link of my blog on your website/blog/myspace/twitter and come back here leave a comment to let me know (3 entries)
*Write a short paragraph to tell about my monthly giveaway on your blog/myspace/website and come back here, leave a comment to let me know (3 entries)
I'll let my six month old
choose the winner from all entries and post the pic of the process here.

If you didn't win but still want the clip or if you won but want more than one
it's available in my Etsy store :
http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=22411985

and the tutorial is available too:

So let start! Hope you'll enjoy it :-)

So much LOVE in a ROSE

I just made this last night. I tried to organize my stash and right at the time I lay my hands on that beautiful red satin ribbon, I felt the urge to make this. It took me about 3 and half hours to cut, seal and shape those petals - I didn't count them exactly but there are more than hundred of them- and put them together , add the grernery and wrap the stem. I worked fast. Funnily this was the first time I made something like this but I saw it so clearly in my head there was no errror. Finished it around 2am this morning and my stash stays messy still LOL.

This huge rose measures almost 7" across. You can find it here :

I listed it in my Etsy shop as a bridal/bridesmaid single stem bouquet but I think it can serve as a beautiful display piece, too. Do you like it? :-)
